The black one reads clearly even in low light, and the PVC feels sturdy enough to survive daily wear on the harness. Snaps on tight and hasn't budged through three weeks of use.
Grabbed the glow-in-the-dark version and it's way more visible than I expected in low light, which is perfect for quick ID checks at events. The PVC feels thick and solid, not flimsy like some cheap patches I've had before.
The black patch is super crisp against the harness, and the PVC feels tough enough to survive everyday wear without peeling. It snapped on easily and stays put even through a long shift.
